We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of eBay’s business in the North America region including eBay’s operations in major US markets -- New York & Las Vegas.

Description:

We are looking for a thorough and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced luxury watch warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, packaging, and shipping high-value timepieces with precision and care. Ensuring the accuracy, security, and presentation of each order is essential to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 9-6pm EST | OT when necessary

What You'll Accomplish:

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered correctly
• Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods
• Shipping items out end of day
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced facility environment
• Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
• Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment

Pay: $20.50/hour

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
