- Document processes, create user guides, and coach others in best practices for LMS use.
- Stay current on learning technology trends, including cmi5/xAPI and its application to simulation, VR, and future-facing training initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or internal tech support to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS platforms, with significant hands-on experience in Moodle-based platforms. Special consideration for work in proprietary or DoD/DoW adjacent learning platforms.
- Experience with xAPI, cmi5, and SCORM file handling, metadata tagging, file testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Proven expertise creating and managing Groups, Audiences, catalogs, learning assignments, and ILT structures (Sessions and Events).
- Experience integrating both LRS and LMS platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Okta, content management systems).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and support diverse stakeholder needs.
- Able to build dashboards, import/export, and consolidate multiple sources of learning data, analytics, and reporting tools within Moodle, other LMS platforms, Foundry, Tableau, or other aggregate reporting systems.
