Testing & Evaluation

• Test Report Analysis - Define qualification testing protocols and critically analyze internal and third party testing reports to confirm product safety compliance
• Field Investigations - Support investigations into customer feedback, warranty returns, and field safety inquiries to drive continuous product safety improvements.

Regulatory Tracking & Legal Partnership

• Standards Monitoring - Stay up-to-date on evolving regulatory frameworks and landmark liability court rulings, in close collaboration with corporate legal.
• Marketing & Media Review - Audit product photography, videography, demonstrations, and marketing copy to ensure all imagery portrays reasonably safe tool operation.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Process Agility

• High-Volume Multi-Tasking - Effectively prioritize safety reviews across multiple product categories under tight launch schedules
• Best-Practice Alignment – Interface with safety peers across business units to exchange best practices.
• Team Training – Train and advise New Product Development team, engineers, and designers on safety workflows, hazard mitigation strategies and compliance fundamentals
