About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Slack has shifted from a collaboration tool to a platform for multiplayer, agentic work — one place where people, AI agents, and apps work together in the open, with shared context. That positioning is the basis for how Slack now goes to market as the “front door to the agentic enterprise”: the conversational interface where humans and agents work side by side, and where third-party agents and apps plug in through open standards like MCP. The partner ecosystem is central to that strategy, agents and capabilities that partners build on Slack are a direct extension of the platform’s value, which is why dedicated partner marketing capacity matters now.
Slack’s partner ecosystem is a core driver of the product’s growth. More than 400 partners are now building agents, apps, and integrations on Slack, including systems integrators (SIs), ISVs, and strategic technology partners. The Slack Partner Marketing team works with those partners to bring what they build with Slack to market. We’re hiring a hands-on, technically fluent partner marketer to help run and scale that work.
In this role you’ll support and help scale the Slack Partner Marketing function. You’ll work hands-on with SIs, ISVs, and strategic technology partners to bring the Slack narrative to life by building demos and creative assets, running partner moments at events, and finding creative ways to do more with the partners building the future on Slack. This is an outstanding opportunity for a real 360-degree marketer who thrives on multi-channel programs, from demos and creative, to events and web, to executive and technical storytelling.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Drive partner co-marketing. Liaise with partners on co-marketing efforts end to end, including creating demos and creative assets when needed. This requires genuine technical fluency with Slack, Slack development, and building agents so you can engage partners as a credible, hands-on counterpart.
- Be a true 360-degree marketer. Build demos and creative assets, put together presentations for internal meetings and external events, and help run events, including travel to Salesforce and partner events. Use AI to improve and scale marketing processes while preserving the human connection to partners and stakeholders. Present confidently to executive leadership and to technical audiences, and stay clued into market trends and narratives.
- Advance our SI, ISV, and strategic partner strategies. Understand and help drive our SI, ISV, and strategic partner motions, enhance those relationships, and find creative ways to do more with partners who are building new agents and capabilities with Slack every day.
- Partner with the core Salesforce partner marketing team. Bring the Slack narrative to life in partner launch motions, assist with press release messaging and approvals, include Slack in partner event motions, and more, ensuring Slack shows up consistently across the broader Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- Bring technical value forward as a skilled partner marketer. Apply strong partner marketing craft and product-marketing fluency to translate the technical value of Slack to partners, and to bring the value of partner co-innovations to market.
You're Our Person If...
- Experience as a partner marketer and/or product marketer, ideally within an enterprise technology or developer/partner ecosystem.
- Genuine technical fluency with Slack, Slack development, and building agents so that you can build demos and creative assets yourself and to engage partners and technical audiences credibly.
- Proven 360-degree marketing range: demos, creative assets, presentations, campaigns, and hands-on event execution.
- Strong product marketing instincts. Comfort with product-specific launches and the ability to translate technical capabilities into partner- and market-facing value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the presence to present to executive leadership and technical audiences alike.
- Fluency with AI tools to improve and scale marketing processes, balanced with a strong instinct for maintaining human connection with partners and stakeholders.
- A collaborative, cross-functional operator who can work closely with Partner Business Development, Customer and Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Developer Marketing, Community, events, and PR/AR teams.
- Results-driven with a deep sense of accountability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Open to travel to Salesforce and partner events.
Even Better If...
- Familiarity with the Salesforce and Slack ecosystems, or comparable experience in another enterprise partner ecosystem.
- Experience building co-marketing programs with SIs (e.g., GSIs), ISVs/Marketplace partners, and/or strategic AI partners.
- Experience with product-specific partner launches, including press release messaging and approvals.
- Hands-on experience building agents or integrations on Slack or a similar platform.
