This leader will define and drive next-generation Salesforce capabilities purpose-built for the public sector — combining enterprise cloud, AI, analytics, and secure architectures to deliver high trust, high impact products.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce product offerings — especially for tax and revenue, judicial systems, personnel management, social programs, and mission readiness — including a new pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes.
- Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, diving deeply into product/platform architecture and coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, launch activities, and internal and external evangelism so sales and marketing are equipped to drive adoption and revenue, tracking clear success metrics every release.
You're Our Person If...
- Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
- Minimum 5+ years product management experience, with proven ability to set a compelling product vision, build 2 to 3-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in regulated, high-stakes environments.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), AI/ML and analytics, and large-scale data integration, including applying AI and agents to automate workflow and accelerate decisions in government or defense settings.
- Expertise in security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks: RMF, DoD SRG, NIST 800-53, plus experience with DoD Cloud Access Point (CAP) and Enterprise Email Security Gateway (EEMSG).
Even Better If...
- Significant public sector and defense experience.
- TS/SCI Clearance.
- Strong stakeholder management experience aligning product, field teams, government customers, and compliance/legal stakeholders, and translating mission needs into product requirements/value propositions.
